There are 3 types of evedence in a personal injury case.

• Hybrid evidence
• Objective evidence

Subejective evdence is the patients version only. They are typcally what the patient experiences and feels.

Hybrid evidence is a combination of the patients perspsective and the doctors interpretation.

Objective evidence is considered to be 100% true due to the fact the results are independent of the patients ecperience and the doctors interpretation. Objective evidence is consider the most trustworthly.
